 1. Rehabilitative / Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork:

Tailoring a combination of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trager, Trigger Point. Myofascial Release, CranioSacral, AIS, Manual Lymph Drainage, Postural Drainage, to best resolve muscle issues and restore balance.

If warranted, the use of electric hot stone over sheeting or clothing , cryotherapy, electric percussion, hot/ cold liniments are at no extra charge.

2. Manual Lymph  Drainage  -

A light, gentle massage to stimulate the natural movement of lymph fluid; reducing swelling, relieving pain and enhancing immune function.

                                      30 min - $45

3 Postural Drainage -

'Uses gravity to clear mucus from lungs by positioning the body so the head is lower than the chest; coupled with percussion, vibration, manual cupping. Client is fully dressed.

                    45 min - $60

4. Electric Hot Stone -

Fully and comfortably dressed, electric hot stone is used over clothing to relax the muscles. Face down and face up - back, arms, hands, stomach, legs, feet.
