 1. Rehabilitative / Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork:

Tailoring a combination of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Trager, Trigger Point. Myofascial Release, CranioSacral, AIS, Manual Lymph Drainage, Postural Drainage, to best resolve muscle issues and restore balance.

If warranted, the use of hot stones over sheeting or clothing , cryotherapy, electric percussion, hot/ cold liniments are at no extra charge.

15 min - $20.     1/2 hr - $45.    45 min - $60.   1 hr - $75

 

 

2. Joint Treatment :

Blend of Shea Butter & Argan oil filled liners, placed over hands and / or feet then covered with heated mitts & booties.

Hands - $25        Feet - $25        Hands & Feet - $45

 

3. Manual Lymph and Postural Drainage Combination -

                                              $40

This combination is done to clear sinuses, lungs to rid any collected mucous and improve natural drainage of lymph fluid.
