My name is Theresa Stys - I am a  1989 graduate of the Somerset School of

Massage - now named Cortiva School .

The massage/bodywork techniques I use are a combination of - CranioSacral,

Swedish, Trigger Point Therapy, Trager, Myofascial, AIS, and Sports.

Modalities such as hot stones, electric percussion massage, cryotherapy

are applied as necessary.

My clients range from 8 years of age to the elderly. I have worked with people

with simple muscle tightness, stress induced tension, recovering from surgery,

sports related issues to those who have had high risk pregnancies, polio,

colostomies, amputations.

Located within the office of Carone Family Chiropractic affords clients who are

Dr Carone's patients the convenience of being able to get adjusted directly after

their muscles have been loosened by massage.

 Learning is forever ongoing - and as a member of ABMP (Associated Bodywork

and Massage Professionals) I maintain the mandatory continued education

required, as well as adhereing to the rules of ethics and conduct regulated by

both ABMP and the state of New Jersey.

I will do my best to help clients recover from muscle related issues, and

recommend steps to take to maintain that balance.
